Share a video clearly showing the issue for evaluation.
Our team will review the case and guide you through the next steps.
If the product is defective, we offer two options:
Option A: Return the product for replacement within 2 business days.
Option B: Schedule a replacement within 14 business days.
Simply pack the product for pickup by the shipping company.
Note:
We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
